Membrane degassing system (2 lines)
for approx. 500 l/h permeate
to remove the free carbon dioxide(CO2) 
by means of a membrane and stripping 
air.

The compact module consists of 
hydrophobic pore membranes (hollow fibre
modules with a high packing density) 
which are impermeable to water but let 
the gases pass through. The water to be 
degassed passes by the fibres. 

Due to the partial pressure gradient, 
the gas diffuses through the membrane. 
The water, on the other hand, is 
retained by the membrane.

2 Degassing membrane units (PP)
1 Compressed air supply unit
1 Internal hosing made of PE/PA

Dimensions:

Length   : approx. 290 mm (each module)
Diameter : approx.  80 mm (each module)

The 2-line membrane degassing system consists of 2 modules.

Requirements to be provided by others on site:

Amount of compressed
air required     : approx. 0.4-3.6 Nm³/h
Supply of stripping gas
(oil-free compressed air): 3 to 10 bar
