Ultrafiltration system ultraliQ:SB1000

Ultrafiltration system to reduce 
pathogens and germs (bacteria, viruses, 
parasites, etc.) as well as to remove 
turbidities and particles from drinking 
and industrial water.

The break-proof ultrafiltration mem-
branes have a rejection rate of 0.02 µm.
All substances that are larger will be 
retained. The backwash of the membranes 
is fully automatic and is carried out
with filtered water from the integrated 
pressure tanks at programmable time 
intervals.

Compact device, fully mounted and wired 
on an aluminium system rack and ready 
for connection, incl. membrane modules, 
automatic valves, flame-sterilisable 
sampling valves, microprocessor 
controller with LC display and diaphragm 
expansion tank to backwash the system. 
Connections for optional cleaning of the 
membranes and performance of an 
integrity test directly at the 
installation site by Grünbeck’s service 
network.

Optional upgrade to SIEMENS-S7 
controller with touch screen,, and thus 
the option to monitor the system 
system functions fully automatically.
