To generate saturated brine, consisting of:

  Flat tank instead of upright, 
  featuring thicker walls for outdoor
  placement. At the top, the tank is 
  braced with 8 fins to receive 
  snow loads.

1 Discharge tower for salt dust, flanged 
  onto tank, with coarse filter,
  2 rinsing pipes DN 25 and cleaning 
  orifice

1 Weather protection hood, installed on
  top of the air outlet piece DN 300 of 
  the discharge tower for salt dust,
  incl. bird guard

1 Overflow pipe made of PVC DN 80

1 Manhole DN 500 in the cylindrical 
  component for cleaning and 
  maintenance work

1 Manhole DN 600 in the conical cover
  for cleaning and maintenance work

3 Inspection windows, diameter 115 mm,
  to check the filling levels

1 Spray loop 

1 Set of spray jets for optimium
  dissolving of the salt and at the 
  same time prevention of salt dust 

3 Drainage loops DN 40 for steady

1 Collecting pipe DN 200

1 Filling level indicator, with 2 ball
  valves DN 50 for shut-off and residual  
  draining, incl. solenoid float and 4
  switching contacts, 2 impact 
  protection strips

1 Fitting group, completely mounted on
  PP plate, PVC piping, incl. electrical
  components required for triggering, 
  integrated in central switch box,
  consisting off:

  1 Solenoid valve DN 40
    to supply the make-up water required
    to dissolve the salt

  1 Shut-off valve DN 40

  1 Bypass pipe with shut-off valve

  1 Solenoid valve DN 20 to drain the
    pipe as frost protection
